I was almost convinced to buy a X620 from Samsung by that sales guy in the phone shop. It has lots of features and its cheap. But my wife remained firm on Nokia. It seems it has only one good feature. Its battery. And also ITS NOKIA. The same is true with my BSNL postpaid. It has got only one feature. When I am in the train on the way to my home, I can still talk to my home and Madhu. It has got the network. For that one single reason I dont even look at all the exciting offers in the market.
I wanted to buy one perfume for myself. I was showed all the different ones but ultimately I chose Brut. Because
- Vats uses it.
- My didi bought one for me from Shiliguri.
But in this case what is strange is Brut doesnt have ads in public domain in India. I am sure Vats or my didi doesnt know much about the brand. But still they use or buy Brut. Its kind of word of mouth I feel.
I goto shop to buy atta and never buy anything else other than Ashirbad from ITC. Today I thought I will buy Annapurna but then thought WHY. Ashirvad is really good why change it. Why take the risk. Thats what I think is first impression. Like first love. Doesnt go off easily. Thats how I goit stuck with Peter England for some time. So to compete with a established brand in market is really difficult. So if you are first in the market with a moderate impression, half of the war is won.
That way Close Up did a really good job. I didnt know anything other than Colgate for a looooong time. I have spent my teenage too brushing with that white paste. But Close Up comes and wins my heart with all its colors and gel and good ads. I dont know what new thing Annapurna can offer in the field of atta.
Can you brand vegetables and sell in India?
