Seek

....And thou shall find.

Ran 3 km in the morning. Then when I was resting after skipping, this thought came to my mind. If I run 3km@6days, I run 18 km per week and that will take 100 weeks approx two years to reach Haldia from Bangalore. Now you understand why you needed a horse or, at more advanced level, a wheel.

I also ranked the most disgusting persons. Right now top in the chart is our landlady. Then the girl in where I work. And then the guy in Bainan who used to rent out Hatchaks(!). Ujjwaler baba.

And you shall really find what you want. Just go out and seek

Mechanics I

For a long time, I got thrilled by the word "Holonomic" and it was demystified only on day before yesterday. When you have constraints in motion of the bodies and the constraints can be put in terms of equality condition its holonomic.
Otherwise its non-holonomic. So a bead sliding on a string is an example of holonomic dynamics. Because its location has to be on the string all the time. Thats a equality condition. Gas molecules inside a box is an example of non-holonomic dynamics. Because the molecules' position can't be greater than the box's length or width.
You can derive lagrangian dynamics equations in holonomic system considering virtual work done by the constarins is zero.

Dear Shoe,

Congrats!! You came back. 3 km. Tuesday was a mistake. It was not a weekly break. There is no break in life.

Hasta la vista baby

  • Tuesday - 53 minutes

  • Thursday - 3.5 km running + 3.5 km walking
  • Friday - 4.5 km walking + 3 km walking

Life is not passing an exam. Its not Madhyamik or getting into IIT or getting your first job. All the time challenges are there. Its never going to end. So dont rest on your laurels.

Dont break the habit. Once its broken its VERY difficult to get it back. So dont get overwhelmed over three days running. Make it a part of your life.
